Jon Jansen is an entrepreneur at heart, and his innovation has pushed The Biker Lawyers to the forefront of legal technology and marketing methodology. Ginger’s dual roles include practicing Attorney and Business Manager for The Biker Lawyers, PC.
A graduate of Iowa State University, Drake University School of Law, and the Drake MBA program, while attending Drake Law School, Jon received the CALI Excellence for the Future award.
Jon is an avid biker and can be found traveling around Cedar Rapids on his Harley on any given day during the riding season. He’s a member of ABATE of Iowa (District 5), ABATE of Minnesota (Flatlanders), and serves as the treasurer for District 5 of ABATE in Iowa.

Before the practice of law, Dan spent the majority of his career working on the inside of the insurance industry. During that time Dan built a strong base of knowledge on how insurance companies work and their negotiating strategies. He joined The Biker Lawyers ready to use that base of knowledge to ensure our clients get the very best representation possible in our fight against the insurance industry.
Dan is a graduate of the University of Iowa and obtained his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is a member of ABATE of Iowa (District 5) and the gambling manager of ABATE of Minnesota (Flatlanders). Dan also serves as counsel for the Minnesota Confederation of Motorcycle Clubs.
Dan is licensed to practice law in Minnesota.

Our History
The Biker Lawyers, P.C., as we’re proudly known today, was founded in 2002 by Pete Leehey, a passionate biker and a dedicated personal injury attorney. Originally known as the Pete Leehey Law Firm, P.C.found online at iowabikerlawyers.com, the firm specialized in protecting the rights of accident victims.
Pete’s dedication to injury law started long before 2002, having practiced alongside other attorneys with a strong focus on motorcycle and personal injury cases.
As the firm grew, so did our commitment to the biker community. With decades of experience and a relentless drive to help those who have been wronged, The Biker Lawyers expanded to serve both Iowa and Minnesota.
