The ABATE of Iowa Freedom Rally (AKA the Algona Freedom Rally) is a premier 18+ biker event held in Iowa every year with bikers traveling from all across the country to attend.
Hosted by ABATE of Iowa and its supporting districts. The event takes place on the Fourth of July weekend (or the weekend before) at the ABATE of Iowa Freedom Park in Algona, IA.

The 39th Annual Freedom Rally was a huge success! To celebrate 4 decades of Freedom Rally, ABATE has decided to celebrate 4 days with the 40th Annual ABATE of Iowa Freedom Rally!

This massive event is the biggest biker party of the year and the one you don’t want to miss if you love all things motorcycle mania. Bikers ride in from all around the country (and Canada) to enjoy all the party has to offer!

FAQ: Freedom Rally Entry and Guidelines
When do the gates open for the general public?
The gates open to the general public at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.
When can members enter the park?
Members can enter the park starting at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2024. Please note, tents and campers are not allowed before this time. You must have advanced rally passes and an MRO/SMRO membership to set up a tent or bring a camper. These can be purchased at the gate if needed.
If you arrive before Wednesday, July 3rd, you may be asked to assist with pre-rally preparations.
Can non-members enter the park before July 3rd?
Non-members are not allowed in the park before 8:00 a.m. on July 3rd. If you arrive early, you will be required to purchase a membership.
Is camping available?
Yes, tent camping is free. However, marking off or roping off areas is not permitted. Security will remove any ropes left in the park.
What identification is required for entry?
You must bring a government-issued photo ID for entry. No exceptions will be made. If you do not have an ID, the local police station can issue a temporary one for $25.
Are pets or vehicles allowed in the park?
No pets, weapons, or negative attitudes are allowed. All cars, trucks, and pets must be removed from the park by NOON on Tuesday, July 2nd.
How can I purchase passes in advance?
Advance passes are available through Etix (their ticketing partner, Edwards Marketing). If you need assistance locating your passes, email events@leonedwardsmarketing.com. Printed passes are required for entry, and passes will also be available for purchase on-site.
Ticketing fees and state taxes apply to both online and on-site purchases.
Are minors allowed in the park?
Minors aged 18 to 21 are allowed in the park but are not permitted to consume alcohol. If caught drinking, the sheriff will be contacted.
