Case Study FAQ

Click the (+) on any of the questions below.

How long do I have to file an injury claim in Iowa?

In most Iowa personal injury cases, you generally have two years from the date of the crash to file a claim. Waiting can hurt your case because evidence disappears and insurance companies get ahead of you. If you’re not sure where you stand, call us and we’ll walk you through it.

Do I still have a case if the police report says I was at fault?

Yes, sometimes. We’ve handled cases where the initial report blamed the rider 100 percent. After we did scene reconstruction and gathered evidence, the truth came out and the rider recovered a strong result. Police reports can be wrong. Evidence wins cases.

Why does The Biker Lawyers share case results?

We believe in transparency. Each case shows how we build and fight for results — from investigating fault to presenting evidence and negotiating fair settlements.

Are all results shared?

No. We only share cases where the client consents and where the details educate and inspire other riders. Each client’s privacy and dignity come first.
