Friends make sure Friends “Lawyer-Up”

Your phone rings.
It’s early in the morning, but you see it’s your friend.
You know better than to ignore a friend, so you pick up.
You hear rough breathing on the other end. You can tell he’s in pain.
He tells you he’s in the hospital after a driver plowed into his motorcycle last night.
He has no idea what comes next, or what to do. He’s in pain, scared, and has no idea how he’ll pay for what comes next.
Do you tell him to figure it out on his own?
Obviously not. Still, you probably don’t know what comes next or how to navigate it.
Now you’re stuck. You hope your friend will get proper medical care, make a full recovery (or close to it), and bills will be paid by the insurance company.
You hope, or perhaps assume, that things will work out.
WRONG.
Insurance companies make their money by refusing to pay out a cent more than they absolutely have to.
Your friend is getting screwed over and he doesn’t even realize it.
It’s up to you. You have to be the one that thinks clearly and gets him through this.
Still, you don’t have time to learn the ins and outs of medical liens, insurance companies, and how to get your friend a fair deal.
I get it. Truly. It’s tough to know where to turn.
After all, insurance companies pretend they’ll be there for you (after you pay premiums, deductibles, and if your injury just happens to match your coverage).
The truth is, they make a living by screwing over their customers while pretending to care about and help them.
So, the question becomes, who do you trust?
How about the guys that have been here from the start?
How about a group of focused professionals who spent far too much time in school learning how to help with these exact problems?
How about a law firm that works exclusively on the side of bikers?
How about The Biker Lawyers?
